Sustainability in terms of both environmental protection and company growth. We believe in moderate, balanced development and growth in harmony with the laws of nature. Also, we believe that as humans, we are existentially part of nature, not above nature. Being human means having the responsibility to protect nature.
2. COMPASSION AND EQUALITY.
We believe that all people are ultimately equal. Someone may have greater ability in some area, greater ambition, more luck and timing. It all doesn't matter - we all have our own path and we support each other. We believe that all people have absolutely exceptional abilities in some specific field. They may not have found them yet. We all need to support each other so that we can all find our unique abilities.
3. TRUST.
Giving your word and keeping it builds a small trust. If you do it 10 times in a row over several years, more trust will build as the trust grows. Both the individual and the organization must keep their word, then a field of trust can be created. We believe that being honest is more important than results - dishonesty can only achieve good results in the short term, it will never work in the long term.
4. OPENNESS AND TRANSPARENCY.
An open attitude helps us think innovatively and implement all our best ideas. We believe in all-round transparency - we basically tell the same story to our family, friends, colleagues, investors, customers, etc. We do not want to create information distortions, we live in the information age and we must take full advantage of it.
